To verify the checksum, run the following command in the terminal within the same directory where 'macos-latest.dmg' was downloaded: shasum -c macos-latest.sha256.txt

Windows

To verify the checksum, run the following in Powershell within the same directory where 'windows-latest.exe' was downloaded and ensure the output matches the provided value: CertUtil -hashfile windows-latest.exe SHA256

Linux

BastionZero uses Linux package managers for downloading the agent for Linux. To download for RHEL, Fedora, or CentOS distributions, we recommend using Yum. For Debian or Ubuntu, use Apt.

Windows

To verify the checksum, run the following in Powershell within the same directory where 'bzero-agent.exe' was downloaded and ensure the output matches the provided value:
CertUtil -hashfile bzero-agent.exe SHA256

Kubernetes

There are two methods to install the BastionZero Kubernetes agent: Helm and YAML. We strongly recommend using our Helm chart for the most flexibility.

BastionZero uses the package manager Homebrew for downloading the ZLI for MacOS.
